Leitner Poma Affinity Program

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties is pleased to offer the Leitner Poma of America Affinity Program. This program features many benefits whether you are buying or selling a home (or both).

To be eligible for these benefits, Leitner Poma of America employees must register with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties Relocation Department by calling 801-990-1481 or sending an e-mail to relocation@bhhsutah.com.

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties Affinity Program includes the following services:

Exclusively for Buyers:

• 20% commission discount on buyer side of the transaction. Buyer must have signed a Buyer Broker Agreement with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties.
• FREE mortgage pre-approval. Buyer will receive a free pre-approval with Metro Mountain Mortgage.
• Up to $650 credit towards your choice of either appraisal, closing costs or rate buy down. Closing must be transacted through Metro Mountain Mortgage and Metro Title & Escrow
• Free Home Warranty. Buyer will receive a complimentary one year home warranty valued up to $600.

Example: Buyer purchases a $500,000 home and the gross commission is 6% or $30,000, the buy side portion Is $15,000. The total discount would equal $3,000. If you add that to the $650 credit towards appraisal fee, closing costs or rate buy down and the home warranty for $600 the total savings would equal $4,250.

Exclusively for Sellers:

• 20% commission discount on seller side of the transaction. Seller must have a signed Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties.
• Free Listing Home Warranty Coverage for the duration of the Listing Period - a value of $430.

Example: Seller sells their home for $500,000 and the Gross Commission is 6% or $30,000, the seller side is $15,000. The total discount would equal $3,000. If you add to that the Listing Home Warranty Coverage for $430 the total savings would be $3,430.

If you are currently working with a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties real  estate agent, or if you contact a real estate agent prior to registration, these benefits do not apply.

Incentive eligibility on real estate transactions: (A) requires customers to work with the Affinity Program through the dedicated toll-free number or the online request form and to utilize the real estate broker/agent specifically referred by the program consultant for home sale or purchase; (B) may not be available to individuals receiving certain corporate relocation benefits, subject to a review of specific policy restrictions and other benefits received for the same property transaction; (C) is not available by contacting any real estate office directly; (D) is available to customers not currently under contract with a real estate sales professional to buy or sell; (E) requires a minimum home sale price of $100,000, excluding land only transactions; (F) is based on a broker commission rate of 3% for a single-sided transaction, if your actual commission is less than 3%, your benefits may be reduced; (G) except where this program is prohibited by law.
